Administration Trainee
We are looking to recruit a Bookkeeping & Administration Trainee to join the team at Noble Business Solutions, a growing accounting and business advisory firm based in Bella Vista.
This role is ideal for someone looking to start a long-term career in bookkeeping, accounting administration, and client services. Initially, you will work under close direction using established systems, procedures, and processes while receiving ongoing training and support from experienced accounting professionals.
You will gain practical hands-on experience while completing your study in Business and/or Bookkeeping, with exposure to real clients and modern accounting systems.

About the Opportunity
Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with bookkeeping and administration duties
- Data entry and maintaining accurate client records
- Assisting with bank reconciliations and accounts processing
- Supporting payroll and superannuation processing
- Assisting with BAS preparation and general accounting support
- Using accounting software such as Xero and other cloud-based systems
- Printing, scanning, and filing client documents
- Managing emails and general office correspondence
- General office administration duties
