Apprentice Baker

For over 29 years, Bakers Delight has grown to over 700 bakeries across three countries, serving 2.5 million customers each week. Every day, in every bakery, Bakers Delight bakers create a range of traditional and gourmet breads and pastries. All products are baked freshly from scratch, daily on the premises. 

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic apprentice baker to join our Paddington store.   

Your main duties include but not limited to: 

• Producing basic bread products 
• Decorate sweet pastries
• Mixing 
• Moulding doughs 
• Assisting in product preparation and baking 
• Oven work 
• Providing delightful customer service when required 
• Maintaining bakery cleanliness to WHS Standards 

The ideal candidate will: 

• Have a passion for the baking industry 
• Be punctual & reliable 
• Keen to learn all aspects of the trade 
• Be well presented 
• Be willing to commit to 3.30am start times
