About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable 1st - 3rd Year Electrical Apprentice to join our growing team specialising in residential solar and battery storage installations. This role offers hands-on experience across solar PV systems and home battery solutions, working alongside experienced electricians in a fast-growing renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with installation of residential solar PV systems and battery storage units
  • Mounting solar panels, running conduit, and cable management
  • Assist with inverter and battery installation and commissioning
  • Interpret basic electrical and solar system drawings
  • Ensure all work complies with Australian standards and safety regulations
  • Maintain a clean and safe worksite
  • Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and system upgrades
  • Liaise with team members and occasionally customers in a professional manner

Skills & Experience:

  • Currently undertaking 1st - 3rd year Electrical Apprenticeship
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and safe work practices
  • Interest or experience in solar and renewable energy (highly regarded)
  • Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Licences & Requirements:

  • Current driver’s licence (preferred)
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Working at Heights (or willingness to obtain)
  • Eligible to work in Australia
