Greenspan Group are currently looking for a trainee production worker to join our company.

- Our workshop and warehouse are based in Wetherill Park, with Monday to Friday working hours

Duties will involve:
- Assisting with measuring, marking, and cutting building materials (timber framing, panels, components) to specification using hand and power tools
- Learning and practising fundamental building construction techniques including framing, assembly, and component fabrication methods
- Supporting the production team in workshop setup, material preparation, and workbench organisation
- Working under supervision to assemble prefabricated building panels and components, developing practical construction skills
- Maintaining workshop safety standards, tool care, and a clean, organised work environment
- Learning to read technical drawings and building specifications to understand project requirements for modular buildings
- Assisting with quality inspections, finishing work, and preparing components for dispatch to building sites
- Collaborating with experienced builders and fabricators to understand best practices and develop construction trade knowledge
