Communications/Security Trainee
CBG Services is expanding to support our customer growth in the Townsville region providing quality products and services that enable our clients to receive the latest technologies and the best outcomes for their individual requirements.
We are seeking a trainee technician to work in a range of technologies with a specific focus on installation, service and maintenance of:
- Data Cabling, (Category 6 & 6a)
- Fiber optic cabling, (For utilities, commercial and education)
- Alarm Systems, (Bosch, Tecom, Inner Range, etc.)
- Access Control, (Gallagher SMB, Inner Range, Tecom)
- Auto Door, (Maintenance, installations and repairs)
- CCTV systems,
- Audio-Visual systems. (Meeting rooms and Digital signage)
To be successful in this position you will:
- Have Australian Citizenship or permanent residency
- Queensland Security License
- Open cabling license with endorsements
- Construction Industry White Card
- Class C driver’s license
What we will provide:
- Award pay rate
- Use of fully maintained company vehicle during work hours
- IT required for the role,
- On going vendor training,
- 1 RDO per month,
Wages, Super + OT, will be negotiated based on the level of experience and capability.
