Full-Time, 5 Days Per Week | Epping, VIC | Two shifts available: 6:00am – 2:00pm or 10:30am – 6:30pm

We're offering an exciting full-time Business Administration Traineeship with a well-established company in the plant hire and transport industry, based in Epping, VIC. This is your chance to gain real-world experience coordinating trucks and subcontractors across Melbourne's biggest construction and infrastructure projects, while completing a Certificate III in Business all in a supportive, high-energy team environment. Perfect for someone looking to develop skills in administration, logistics coordination, and client communication.

Key role requirements:

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls to coordinate a large fleet of subcontractor trucks;
  • Allocating trucks to construction and civil works jobs across Melbourne;
  • Booking and liaising with tip sites as required;
  • Maintaining and updating subcontractor compliance records, including insurances and certifications;
  • Ensuring only verified, compliant trucks are allocated to active jobs; and
  • Supporting the wider team in a high-volume, fast-paced office environment.

What You Should Have:

  • Ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Must hold a valid Australian driver's licence and be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
  • Must be willing and eligible to enrol in and complete a Certificate III in Business online.
  • Professional phone manner with the ability to build rapport with clients and subcontractors;
  • Competent computer literacy and solid attention to detail;
  • Strong commitment to reliability, accuracy, and teamwork; and
  • A positive, can-do attitude we want someone who grows with us.
