HIA Apprentices is offering an exciting opportunity for keen and reliable individuals looking to start a career pathway as a fully qualified carpenter. Positions are available for enthusiastic candidates looking to start or continue their carpentry apprenticeship.
As an apprentice, you will:
- Work hands-on building structures and working on construction sites
- Learn alongside professional tradespeople
- Gain full training in all aspects of the carpentry industry
- Receive dedicated support from HIA Apprentices throughout your training and employment
The Ideal Candidate:
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
- Punctual, reliable, and hard-working
- Committed to completing your apprenticeship and becoming a fully qualified carpenter
- Team player with attention to detail
- Driver’s licence or access to reliable transport
- CI Card (White Card) or willingness to obtain prior to starting
Priority Applicants:
- Those who have already commenced their apprenticeship
