We’re looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team at My Implant Dentist in South Perth OR Perth CBD. This is an entry-level opportunity offering long-term growth, full training, and a clear career path in the exciting world of cosmetic and implant dentistry.

About the Role

In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, responsible for:

• Managing front desk operations
• Booking and coordinating appointments
• Handling phone and email enquiries
• Supporting patient care and education
• Collaborating with the clinical and management team
• Contributing to administrative and sales support tasks

You’ll be trained to deliver an exceptional patient experience while learning the ropes of dental administration in a fast-paced, professional environment.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Well-presented and confident with a positive attitude
• Detail-oriented and highly organised
• Proactive and eager to learn
• A genuine team player, able to work collaboratively
• Passionate about healthcare and cosmetic dentistry

Experience in dental reception or assisting is ideal but not essential — full training will be provided. A Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting or Business Administration is a bonus but not required.
