Forever Green Horticultural & Consulting Services Pty Ltd is seeking a 1st, 2nd or 3rd Year Landscape Apprentice to join our professional team. Based in Beaumaris, we deliver high-quality residential landscape construction and horticultural projects across Melbourne’s Bayside suburbs, with a strong focus on craftsmanship, plant health, and detail-driven outcomes.
Whether you’re just starting out or already progressing through your apprenticeship, this is an excellent opportunity to further develop your skills under experienced industry professionals.
About the Role
You will work alongside qualified horticulturists and landscapers across a variety of projects, assisting with:
- Landscape construction (paving, decking, retaining walls, turfing, planting, irrigation systems)
- Site set-out and preparation
- Soil preparation and plant installation
- Operation and maintenance of tools and machinery
- Garden establishment and maintenance
- Reading plans and assisting with project execution (2nd/3rd year apprentices)
2nd and 3rd year apprentices will be expected to demonstrate increasing independence, initiative, and technical capability on site.

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation
- Genuine interest in landscaping and horticulture
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in all conditions
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Driver’s licence preferred (essential for 2nd/3rd year applicants)
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
