1st Year Apprentice Gardener
We are seeking a motivated and reliable 1st Year Apprentice Gardener to join our team based in Rowville Area, Melbourne. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and is committed to maintaining high standards across residential and/or commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Lawn mowing, edging, and general turf maintenance
- Hedge trimming and pruning
- Weeding, mulching, and garden clean-ups
- Planting and general garden care
- Operating and maintaining gardening equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensuring all sites are left neat, tidy, and professionally presented
Essential Requirements
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- No issues working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Punctual and reliable
- Own vehicle and current driver’s licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
