Concreting Apprentice

PC Walls design, manufacture and install precast concrete walls used as noise walls on land developments throughout Perth. We cast concrete panels and piers using an established formwork system, the work involves cleaning and preparing formwork, preparing and placing reinforcing steel, pouring and finishing concrete and stripping of the cast product.

An opportunity has arisen for a Concreting Apprentice to join the team, based at the Landsdale casting yard with site time as required.

Site work would involve unloading the delivered product, excavation and preparation of the footings, installing the precast product, patching and painting of the completed walls.

To be considered for this opportunity a drivers licence and construction white card would be essential along with having undertaken some previous construction type work in the past. A means of getting to the casting yard for each shift is also required.

This is a full time position where you would be required to start work between 6.30am - 7am (dependent upon weather and time of year), shifts are usually 8-10 hours with some overtime required.
