CUSTOMISED METAL WORKS  are currently looking for an apprentice Sheet Metal/Boiler Maker to join our company.   

About our Business

We are a sheet metal fabrication company manufacturing sheet, stainless, aluminium items for both residential and commercial properties including balustrades, gates, infill’s, staircases, infill drains plus architectural works.

We currently have 20 employees and we are looking for apprentices to compliment our existing workforce. We have been trading for over 15 years and offer long term, secure full-time employment.

Duties will involve: 

  •  Assisting in the manufacture of various metal items eg. insert drains, gates, infill's etc including welding (full training - in factory and TAFE will be provided), grinding and drilling etc.

The successful candidate will:  

  • Be a confident communicator. 
  • Be keen to learn and take direction. 
  • Motivated with good problem-solving skills. 
  • Be trustworthy and reliable. 
  • Be safety conscious.
