Vivente Skin Care is offering a rare Beauty Therapy Apprenticeship position. We’ve only had two apprentices in our salon history so we don’t take this lightly.

• Our first apprentice progressed into an educational role in the industry.
• Our second is still with us and is now stepping into Assistant Manager training.

This is not a “try it and see” role.
This is for someone who already knows they want a future in skin, beauty, and professionalism — and is willing to earn it.

What You’ll Learn (Real Skills, Not Busy Work)

You’ll be mentored by a team that cares deeply about education and excellence. Training includes:

• Client connection &  service standards above normal industry
• Skin consultations + professional recommendations
• Salon systems & operations (the behind-the-scenes magic)
• Product knowledge + confident conversations
• Assisting in treatment room + hands-on learning
• Hygiene standards, professionalism & boundaries
• Exposure to advanced skin treatments and modalities

This is structured training — not random learning.

Work Schedule (Permanent Part-Time, 17 hours)

You’ll work across these shifts weekly:

Wednesday + Thursday + Saturday AM
Tuesday + Friday PM

Includes : 1 day per week at college in person
Plus: online theory training completed consistently

Who This Is Perfect For

• are genuinely passionate about beauty therapy and skin
• have already shown initiative (example: mini trainings, Cert III at school, self-education, workshops etc.)
• love learning and take pride in doing things properly
• ability communicate warmly and professionally (can make eye contact!)
• want a long-term future in the industry (not a short-term job)
• can take feedback without ego and apply it fast
• show up early, prepared, and switched on

Who This Is NOT For (Please Don’t Apply If…)

This role is not suitable if you:

• are unsure if beauty is your path
• struggle with reliability, punctuality, or consistency
• want a “chill workplace” that has low expectations
• don’t like being coached or corrected
• want quick results without doing the work
