1st to 3rd Year Apprentice Carpenter

2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice Carpenter Needed to Join us!

Rooney Construction Group is a Growing business based in the southern suburbs of Brisbane. We have a position available for a motivated 2nd or 3rd year carpentry apprentice to join the team. Perfect for someone wanting transfer their existing apprenticeship over for a fresh start.

Working alongside a qualified and skilled builder you will gain valuable hands on experience, mentoring and support. The role is expected for you to become a valuable asset to the company.

We specialise in all aspects of carpentry/ construction from Residential Renovations - New Builds, framing, lock up and fix out, Roofing, Decking to High end Carpentry, framing partitions - Ceilings and Office Fit Out Commercial Jobs in the City. Work is across the the whole of the Brisbane and Gold Coast area. We are based in Rochedale, so would be handy for someone to be close by, but not essential as long as you can travel.

Monday to Friday with some Saturday works.

To be successful you will need to have the following: Must Have:

• Must be Australian Citizen
• 9 months MIN Site experience for this role
• Up to date with TAFE modules
• Genuine interest in completing their apprenticeship · High level of attention to detail
• Physically fit and capable
• Reliable and hardworking
• Be a confident communicator
• Driver licence & reliable vehicle
• Driver licence
• Own car
• Own tools, Basic Hand tools and Drills is ok, we can supply the rest. But you will be needed to build your tools kit as you go.
