Are you a motivated and reliable individual looking to start a career in retail branch operations? MEGT has a fantastic opportunity for a Business Banking Trainee based in the Salisbury branch with a leading financial organisation.

About the Role

This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands-on experience in:

  • Providing customers with a positive in-branch experience
  • Engaging in needs-based conversations with customers
  • Educating customers on digital banking solutions and self-service options
  • General banking duties including transactions, money handling, and ATM maintenance

You will be supported by an experienced supervisor onsite and gain valuable exposure to branch operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional manner
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to take direction and work within a team
  • Punctual, reliable, and positive attitude
  • Customer service or money handling experience (highly desirable)
  • Ability to travel to and from the Salisbury branch (no car required; public transport nearby)
