Administrator Business Trainee

Are you a motivated and reliable individual looking for a career in the Business and Financial Services Industry? MEGT has a fantastic opportunity with one of our clients for a Business Trainee in Darley VIC!
About the role:
This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in:
- Perform administrative duties in Revenue and Procurement services, including processing property and client record changes, Statutory Certificates, sundry debtors, and Penalty Infringements.
- Import and enter Rating and Financial Transactions, and assist with the preparation, collation, and capture of Contract & Procurement-related transactions.
- Support Financial Services operations by processing corporate banking transactions, accounts payable, journals, and purchase card transactions.
- Assist with Fleet Management tasks, such as scheduling servicing and reconciling fuel transactions.
- Provide general departmental support across both Revenue/Procurement and Financial Services functions as required.
What we're looking for:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and convey information clearly.
- Eagerness to learn and develop in financial services, with attention to detail and adaptability to new technologies and processes.
- Good organisational skills, able to manage tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Team player who collaborates well with others.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and general computer skills.
