Join MEGT as a 2nd Year Carpentry Apprentice!
We are seeking a motivated 2nd year carpentry apprentice looking to transfer their apprenticeship and gain a fresh start with a supportive and experienced team.
About the Role
This role is based in Shailer Park and is ideal for someone eager to develop their skills while working closely with a qualified builder. You will receive hands-on experience, mentoring, and ongoing support, with the opportunity to grow into a valued long-term member of the company.
- Residential renovations and new builds
- Framing, lock-up and fix-out
- Roofing and decking
- High-end carpentry
- Commercial fit-outs, partitions, ceilings, and office spaces
Projects are located across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, so the ability to travel to different job sites is essential.
Hours:
Monday to Friday only - no Saturday work required.
What we're looking for -
- 2nd year carpentry apprentice
- Strong motivation to learn and gain knowledge in the construction industry
- Genuine commitment to completing your apprenticeship
- Driver's licence and own reliable car (essential to access various job sites)
- Basic hand tools and drill (additional tools can be built up over time)
Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or full working rights
