About the role:

This 2 year traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience.

• Complete a 24-month full-time traineeship while studying towards a Certificate IV in Information Technology (Networking).
• Rotate across 3-4 ICT teams including Service Desk, Corporate Support, Networking, and AV.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues across education and corporate environments.
• Provide both onsite and remote technical support.
• Set up, configure, and maintain devices and user accounts.

What we're looking for

• Australian citizen or permanent resident, holding a current driver's licence and able to obtain a Working with Children Check.
• Highly reliable, punctual, and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Demonstrated interest in Information and Communication Technology, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Commitment to completing a structured 24-month traineeship program.
