What You'll Be Doing
You'll gain real, hands-on experience in industrial mechanical maintenance, including:
- Assisting with preventative maintenance on production equipment
- Supporting breakdown repairs and fault-finding
- Working with tools, spare parts, and asset systems
- Participating in planned shutdowns and equipment overhauls
- Learning from experienced maintenance tradespeople every day
From day one, you'll be building practical skills that employers value.
What You'll Gain
A nationally recognised Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade

What We're Looking For
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Genuine interest in mechanical trades or industrial maintenance
- Completion of Year 12 (essential)
- Certificate II in Engineering / Mechanical Pre-Apprenticeship (highly regarded)
- Driver's licence and reliable transport (site not accessible by public transport)
- Any previous work experience (casual/part-time) is a bonus
No experience? That's okay - we're looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Hours
- Monday to Friday (Day shift)
Typically 6:00am-2:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm - Overtime opportunities available
