What You'll Do?
As a First Nations Business Trainee in NAB's customer call centre, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and digital channels
- Handle transactions, resolve enquiries, and provide banking solutions within risk guidelines
- Support customers with credit/debit cards, everyday banking, and self-service tools
- Identify customer needs and refer to specialists when required
- Accurately record customer interactions in NAB systems and CRM
- Participate in team huddles, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
What We're Looking For?
- Must be customer service focused with high computer literacy and strong customer service skills
- Typing speed of 40-60 words per minute (desirable)
- Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
- Confident in a fast-paced call centre environment and able to multitask
- Reliable, motivated, proactive team player with initiative
- Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander (essential)
- Ability to pass a National Police Check (essential)
