Administration Traineeship
We're looking for a reliable, friendly and motivated person to join our team as a Business Administration Trainee.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the welcoming face of our office in Sydney and help keep things running smoothly, including:
- Reception and client service
- Answering and screening phone calls
- Greeting clients with a smile
- Making tea/coffee for clients when needed
- Keeping reception, boardroom and meeting rooms neat and professional
- Unlock reception doors in the morning & lock up in the afternoon
- Morning kitchen duties (dishwasher, coffee/tea supplies, milk checks)
- Collecting and sorting mail with the Principal
- Scanning, filing and general typing
- Updating phone lists and internal phones
- Maintaining job management systems
- Supporting all staff with admin tasks
- Cleaning and resetting rooms after meetings
- Job management updates at weekly staff meetings
- Kitchen reset (dishwasher, coffee machine, benches)
What We're Looking For
- Punctual & reliable (hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, 1-hour lunch)
- Friendly with a great telephone manner
- Computer-literate and keen to learn
- Professional office presentation
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
