Are you organised, professional, and keen to kick-start your career in business administration? MEGT is partnering with Mazda Pakenham, a well-established and trusted automotive dealership, to offer an exciting Business Administration Traineeship.

This is a fantastic opportunity to earn a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Based at Mazda Pakenham, you will support the dealership's administration and front-of-house operations, assisting with reception duties, customer enquiries, data entry, and general office support that keeps the business running smoothly.

You will be supported throughout your traineeship with on-the-job training, mentoring, and formal study, setting you up with strong foundations for a long-term career in administration.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Corporate Administration Trainee, you'll:

  • Greet customers and visitors at reception, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails, responding to general enquiries
  • Assist with vehicle paperwork, customer records, and data entry
  • Support the sales and service teams with general administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate filing, documentation, and customer databases
  • Assist with appointment bookings for sales and service departments
  • Support dealership operations through day-to-day office administration and team support

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking someone who is:

  • Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Organised with great attention to detail
  • A strong communicator with a positive, professional attitude
  • An Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • A valid driver's licence
