This is an exciting opportunity for First Nations candidates to gain hands on experience while completing a Certificate III in Information Technology. You'll be working on real projects that support Unisys's government clients in Canberra, developing your technical skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.

About You
* Have a genuine passion for technology and enjoy working with computers
* Possess excellent customer service skills
* Show strong written and verbal communication skills
* Can obtain and maintain a National Police Clearance
* Are an Australian Citizen
Your Duties
* Provide first level customer support via phone and other channels, focusing on resolving issues quickly and effectively
* Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network problems in a friendly and professional manner
* Document all calls, incidents, and resolutions accurately
* Manage time and workload efficiently to meet service targets
* Assign incidents to the appropriate support group when necessary
* Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring they receive updates and reference details for their cases
