About the role:
This traineeship gives you the chance to develop practical skills while gaining exposure across multiple business areas. Your duties will include:

• Reception duties: Manage incoming calls, respond to enquiries, greet customers and visitors
• Cross-divisional exposure: Gain hands-on experience across multiple business areas, including Human Resources and Finance, learning key processes across the divisions.
• General administration duties: Support the team with day-to-day office tasks

What we're looking for:

• Customer service experience
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Collaborative, client-focused team player
