Kickstart your career in engineering fabrication with MEGT as your employer and What4 as your host. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while completing your Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication (Light Metal Work).
At What4, you'll be part of a specialist aluminium and sheet metal fabrication team working with light gauge sheet metal, stainless steel and steel. The workshop manages the full manufacturing process in-house - from laser cutting, water jetting, turret punching, folding, welding and powder coating, through to final assembly and dispatch.
You'll join a supportive, close-knit team that values initiative, teamwork and a genuine passion for hands-on work. One of their apprentices even worked their way up from the shop floor to running the workshop and they're ready to provide the same growth opportunities for the right person.
What You'll Gain
- A nationally recognised trade qualification (Cert III in Engineering Fabrication - Light Metal Work)
- Paid, on-the-job training alongside TAFE (1 day per week during term)

Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:06pm
- Friday: 7:30am - 1:06pm

- Flexible, adaptable candidates open to learning multiple functions
- Driver's licence desirable
- Willingness to complete a forklift licence during the apprenticeship

- Role is based at our Osborne Park workshop - no off-site work
