About the Microsoft Traineeship Program
The Microsoft Traineeship Program is an entry-level program designed for individuals who are eager to start a career in IT. This program is ideal for those with a keen interest in technology and excellent communication skills. About the Role
ISCS is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Technical Support Trainee to specialise in Access Control and CCTV Systems. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced technicians and system engineers, assisting with the design, installation, configuration, and support of electronic security systems for commercial and industrial clients, while working towards a nationally recognised Cert IV in Information Technology.

Qualifications
You'll receive paid study time while completing a nationally accredited Certificate IV in Information Technology (Networking) and recognised Microsoft certifications.

Duties

• Provide first-level technical support for clients and internal teams.
• Support the configuration, installation, and testing of security hardware and software.
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software faults.
• Contribute to compliance with industry standards and workplace safety policies.
• Attend training sessions and complete all course requirements for the Certificate IV in Information Technology.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers to support projects and client solutions.
