If you enjoy a hands‑on environment, love keeping things organised, and want to build a career in logistics or warehouse administration, we’d love to meet you.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor & Inventory Controller, this role provides key administrative, despatch, and inventory support to ensure our warehouse runs smoothly day‑to‑day.

You’ll collaborate with warehouse leaders, drivers, inventory teams, and our customer support teams to help coordinate deliveries, process stock, manage documentation, and maintain accurate records. It’s a varied, fast‑paced role where no two days look the same.

  • Provide administrative support to Warehouse teams for daily delivery schedules
  • Assist with scheduling and booking local deliveries
  • Print and prepare pick slips, delivery dockets and run sheets
  • Support customer pick-ups and manage despatch paperwork
  • Update carton counts and track daily progress

  • Help process stock transfers, cycle count data and investigate variances
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of stock data
  • Support Warehouse, QC, Inventory and Despatch teams collaboratively

About You

  • Positive, reliable and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Tech savvy, ideally experience with Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel
  • A team player who communicates clearly
  • Proactive and willing to pitch in wherever needed
  • Tertiary qualification, or working towards anything in Business/Administration/Warehouse & Logistics
  • Experience with ERP or WMS systems
  • Previous warehouse or logistics exposure
