We are an Electrical Contracting team based in Granville seeking a motivated and reliable Business Administration Trainee to join us!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone currently studying Business Administration (or a similar field) who wants to gain real-world experience in a supportive environment. You’ll receive great on-the-job training and work directly with our Senior Management team to keep our office running like clockwork. 

The Role

In this varied role, your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Front-of-House: Answering incoming calls with a professional phone manner and managing the general email inbox.
  • Operational Support: Handling deliveries, mail, and basic document processing.
  • Team Assistance: Providing direct administrative support to the Director and Service Manager and other senior team members. 
  • General Admin: Data entry, filing, scanning, and ensuring the office remains organised.

  • Strong Communication: A friendly, clear, and professional manner both on the phone and in person.
  • Common Sense Approach: The ability to look at a task, think it through, and get it done efficiently.
  • Organisational Flair: Someone who naturally likes things to be in their right place and can multitask when things get busy.
  • Current Student: Ideally, you are already enrolled in or looking to start a Certificate III or IV in Business.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive wage in line with the National Training Wage schedule. Exact rates depend on your age, experience and the highest level of schooling completed.
