1st Year Apprentice

Are you a hard working individual looking to kickstart your career in the building industry? We are seeking a motivated 1st Year Apprentice Carpenter to join our team.

Based in Lara, we service residential projects across the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the trade from the ground up, working alongside experienced tradespeople who are committed to high quality workmanship.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with timber framing, lock-up, and fixing.
• Learning to read and interpret site plans.
• Operating a variety of power and hand tools under supervision.
• Maintaining a clean and safe worksite.
• General site labour and manual handling as required.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A valid Construction Induction Card (White Card).
• A current Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle (to get yourself to various sites across the West).
• A genuine interest in carpentry and a desire to complete a 4 year apprenticeship.
