Electrical Apprentice

Maxim Energy is a small, family-run electrical business based in Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs. We currently have one position available for an Electrical Apprentice to join our team of four.

We specialise in residential and commercial solar and battery installations across metro and regional Victoria. This is a hands-on role working alongside qualified and experienced electricians, offering strong mentoring and practical industry experience.

Location Requirement
Only applicants based in Melbourne’s south-eastern or eastern suburbs will be considered.

Essential Requirements

• Physically fit and capable (lifting solar panels and battery modules required)
• Own reliable transport
• White Construction Card
• Working at Heights ticket
• Confident working on roofs and at heights
• Strong attention to detail
• Willing and able to travel to different job sites ( Work locations vary daily and may include metro and regional sites.)

Preferred

• Previous trade or construction experience
• Solar industry experience (not essential but advantageous)

Mandatory (or willingness to obtain immediately)

• White Card
• Working at Heights
• Working Safely in the Solar Industry
