About the role

We’re looking for a motivated Apprentice Diesel Mechanic to join our high-performing maintenance team in Campbellfield. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from industry experts while working hands-on with our fleet of heavy commercial vehicles.

You’ll gain valuable experience in servicing, maintaining, and repairing heavy vehicles—all while developing the skills and confidence you need for a successful long-term career in the transport and logistics industry. 

What you’ll bring to the Team

• Assist with servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of diesel engines, heavy vehicles, and mobile plant in accordance with the adopted maintenance system.
• Learn to accurately record plant hours and vehicle mileage following servicing or repairs.
• Assist in completing job sheets and maintenance documentation at the completion of works.
• Develop skills in identifying mechanical faults, wear, and defects and reporting these promptly to supervisors.
