Capral is excited to offer a fantastic entry-level opportunity for a motivated Apprentice Maintenance Electrician to join our manufacturing operations. This role provides practical, on-the-job training, exposure to industrial equipment, and a genuine career pathway in a supportive and safety-focused environment.

About the Role; Under supervision, the Apprentice Electrician will have the opportunity to develop electrical skills and learn how to maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment involved in the extrusion manufacturing process. This apprenticeship offers hands-on exposure to real industrial environments and the opportunity to build a strong foundation for a long-term electrical trade career.

Essential Skills: 

  • Eligible for the prescribed apprenticeship with a genuine commitment to completion.
  • Must have sound academic achievement (passes in all subjects) with a good attendance record.
  • Advanced mathematics skills. 
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to all safety requirements of the position.
  • Possess strong problem solving skills with an eye for detail.
  • Have good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Be a reliable team player who is motivated and eager to learn.

 Applicants must also be prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol test.
