Carpentry Apprentice

SJ Carpentry Services has an opportunity for an apprentice carpenter to join the team. 

We work on amazing projects in the luxury home market around Melbourne (Brighton, Kew, Armadale, Toorak)

We specialise in all aspects of carpentry from framing, lock up and fix to external cladding and decking. 

We have a big focus on personal growth and will make sure that when you're qualified you're a very capable carpenter that wants to keep progressing with in the company.

This is a Excellent opportunity to join a team crew with great culture and learn from qualified tradies in a supportive environment.

To be successful you will need to have the following: 

• Ability to undertake physically demanding work 
• Be reliable and punctual 
• Very keen to learn 
• Have a basic knowledge of hand tools 
• Commitment and enthusiasm with a genuine interest in carpentry 
• Ability to get to and from work independently 

Preferred but not essential: 

• Driver licence & Own car 
• A white card 
• Completed a pre-apprenticeship 
• Own tools
