2nd to 4th Year Apprentice Cabinetmaker / Shopfitter

We are a well-established, small high-quality joinery and shopfitting business based in Kilsyth, working with long-term, high-end clients.

We are seeking a 2nd–4th Year Apprentice Cabinetmaker/Shopfitter to join our friendly and experienced team. This role provides hands-on experience across workshop joinery and shopfitting, with structured support and mentoring throughout the apprenticeship.

Duties Include

• Assisting qualified cabinetmakers with workshop production
• Use of hand tools and woodworking machinery
• Assisting with spray painting preparation
• Material handling and workshop duties
• Deliveries and pickups to suppliers and job sites
• Occasional assistance with on-site installations

Skills & Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year apprentice
• Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings
• Reliable, punctual, and well presented
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Physically fit and capable of workshop and site work

Licences & Tickets

• Driver’s licence (essential)
• White Card (essential)
• Forklift licence (desirable)
