Austmont Pty Ltd is a leading supplier of quality Stainless Steel Benching and Catering Equipment to the marketplace. Austmont has built solid working relationships with industry consultants, builders, joiners and the equipment suppliers in its over 35 years of business.

The Role:

This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about learning a skilled trade and have a strong desire to grow within the sheet metal/fabrication industry.  The position is based at Wetherill Park factory and consists of learning all aspects of the business including:

  • Fabricating - Sheet Metal
  • Training in the use of CNC Machinery Laser & Bending
  • CAD Drafting and Design
  • Welding and Polishing
  • Site Installation

What we are looking for:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn 
  • A strong willingness to learn with a passion and genuine interest for the industry 
  • Hardworking and reliable 
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Safety conscious and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
