MyWay: set to launch in 2023, aims to offer a suite of insurance products to RV owners and hirers, equipping them with the confidence to fully engage in CHL Group’s peer-to-peer platforms.

The role:
As a trainee in our Rent a Tent business you would work with the Rent a Tent manager to coordinate and facilitate Rent a Tent accommodation at events and festivals. You will work closely with various departments to uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction. When you are not attending or coordinating events you would assist in customer service enquiries and tickets.
This is a brand new dynamic role that requires someone who loves travel, festivals and events and is hands on.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer enquiries
- Attend events and festivals
- Help to set up Rent a Tents approximate weight 25-30kg
- Ideally hold a forklift licence and drivers licence
- Ability to lift 25-30kg and assist with Lead, manage, and mentor the claims team to deliver high-quality service to customers and clients.
- Quick learner, trustworthy and a passion for events and logistics.
- Build strong relationships with insurers, partners, and stakeholders.
This role requires the ability to travel to events and festivals and be away from home.
