Trainee Warehouse Operator
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Warehouse Operator to join our team at ISW Trading Pty Ltd in Virginia, Queensland. As a Warehouse Forklift Operator or Pick/Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our warehousing and distribution facility.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods and materials
- Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders to meet customer requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with the overall organisation and cleanliness of the warehouse
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
What we're looking for
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes would be a bonus
