Electrical Apprentice

Due to exponential growth within the renewable energy sector, we currently have a few exciting opportunities available that will offer the successful candidate the chance to join a highly skilled and experienced team.
Reporting to the “Site Manager” the primary purpose of the role will be to assist with installing commercial solar PV systems at the highest industry standards.
To be successful you will need to have:
Some experience as a Trades assistant, be an apprentice electrician and/or have demonstrated solar PV installation experience. You will have a strong work ethic and be a team player, you will be willing to take direction and work well within small teams. You will have demonstrated knowledge of safe work practices and you will be flexible with the ability to work overtime when needed. You will be outcome focused and Health and safety will be in the forefront of your mind.
Must have:
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- Genuine interest in electrical/Solar industry
- Physically fit and capable
- Reliable and hardworking
- Driver’s licence
- White card
- Working at heights (we can arrange this)
Preferred but not essential:
- Completed Certificate II in Electrotechnology pre-apprenticeship
- Experience in the field
- Own tools
