GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Customer Service (car spare parts) :
    • Trainee Car Spare Parts Associate 
      • online: phone, email, in person
      • in our shop: in-person 
        • including technical support
        • use of computerized systems
        • inbound and outbound communication
        • development of customer relationships
      • Do you know the difference between the Ford Falcon and the Holden Commodore? Do you know the difference between an oil filter and a fuel filter? Do you like opening the boot and checking what is under? 
      • Do you know the difference between ANJ518 (alternator, JAS) and  098-11-1691 (alternator, APG)? Do you know when and how to source the best quality-wise and price-wise parts? 
  • Sales and quoting (sale, cross-selling, upselling) (car spare parts)
  • Warranty and product support
