DASH is a Northern NSW based Audio Visual, Security and Communications company, providing industry leading solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable team member to join our team in a Business Administration Traineeship position.

The successful applicant must be willing to undertake a 'Certificate III in Business Administration'. Support will be provided through on the job training and mentoring.

The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide administrative support to our team, as well as undertaking general office administrative tasks.
  • Answering and directing phone calls, emails, support tickets and assisting clients with queries
  • Organising and scheduling client meetings
  • Data entry and maintaining our client databases
  • General cleaning duties around the office
  • Ad-hoc and general administrative tasks including scanning, printing, filing, mail, formatting both internal and external correspondence

The successful candidate is someone who:

  • Is friendly, professional and enthusiastic
  • Displays exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Prides themselves on attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Demonstrates basic user proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to learn new tasks through on-the-job training and study
  • Is committed to completing a 12-month traineeship
