Your Responsibilities:

• Attend service calls for consumer appliances as per the daily run sheet.
• Accurately document appliance repair information and parts usage.
• Offer complete technical support to customers and service agents on-site as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with excellent personal presentation.
• Manage and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
