Graham Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is currently taking expressions of interest from suitable applicants to join our growing team. Full support and training will be provided.
The position:
On offer is a part-time (or school-based) apprenticeship in Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (UEE32225).
As a first year apprentice your duties will include:
- interacting respectfully with customers
- observing tradespersons
- cleaning of site, plant and equipment
- reading and completing work health and safety documents and technical reports
- wearing and using personal protective equipment
- using hand and power tools
- assembling components
- fixing and securing equipment
To be successful you must have, or be willing to get:
- a white card
- a current working with children's check (if over 18)
- a current police check (if over 18)
This position is based in Marong, VIC. Applicants need not hold a current driver's licence, but must have access to a reliable means of transport.
Successful applicants will demonstrate reliability, trustworthiness, a genuine interest and aptitude for the trade, and a strong commitment to learning.
