Carpentry Apprentice
Affordable Homes Wagga Wagga has an opportunity for apprentice carpenters (1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year) to join the team.
We specialise in new homes and all aspects of carpentry from framing, lock up and fix out, to external cladding.
Excellent opportunity to join a busy crew and learn from qualified tradies in a supportive environment.
To be successful you will need to have the following:
- Ability to undertake physically demanding work
- Be reliable and punctual
- Very keen to learn
- Have a basic knowledge of hand tools
- Commitment and enthusiasm with a genuine interest in carpentry
- Ability to get to and from work independently
- Driver licence & Own car (or the ability to obtain)
- A white card (or the ability to obtain)
Preferred but not essential:
- Completed a pre-apprenticeship
- Own tools
