Director of First Impressions – Full-Time (In Office)

Ziku Capital is on the hunt for a vibrant, polished, and highly organised Director of First Impressions to be the welcoming face and operational heartbeat of our Ziku Advice division.
This is a dynamic front-of-house + executive support role, perfect for someone who loves hospitality, presentation, and keeping an office running like clockwork. You’ll greet clients, support our Managing Director, coordinate events, manage admin and invoicing, assist with marketing, and help keep our growing financial advice business humming.
- What you’ll do:
- Greet and host clients
- Support the Managing Director (EA duties)
- Manage office presentation and supplies
- Process invoices (Xero) and track revenue (Worksorted)
- Assist with payroll, HR admin, and supplier management
- Coordinate social media, marketing tasks, and events
- Complete a Certificate IV in Business Administration - BSB40120
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in front-of-house, EA, or office management
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to learn tools like Xero, Monday, DocuSign & Worksorted
- A flair for hospitality and professionalism
