Are you ready to kickstart your career in painting and decorating? We’re looking for a motivated 1st Year Apprentice to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain a nationally recognized qualification while working on a variety of projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Must have:
- A reliable car and current driver’s licence
- Attributes of a great painter:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work neatly and cleanly
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and team player
- Physically fit and able to work on ladders/scaffolding
What You’ll Do
- Prepare surfaces (sanding, filling, priming)
- Apply paints, stains, and finishes to various surfaces
- Assist with clean-up and maintenance of tools and equipment
- Work on residential and commercial projects under supervision
