Key Responsibilities
- Providing a high level of customer service to clients and visitors
- Welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering, screening, and directing phone calls and emails
- Managing appointments and meeting schedules
- Assisting with general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Supporting team members with day-to-day office tasks
- Maintaining a tidy, organised reception and office area
