About the Role

As a Trainee Educator, you will:

  • Work alongside experienced and supportive educators
  • Learn best-practice care and education for children
  • Support children’s learning, wellbeing, and daily routines
  • Assist with setting up engaging activities and play spaces
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the team
  • Complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care while gaining hands-on experience

This role suits someone who thrives in hands on learning environments and is motivated to build a long-term career within a supportive service.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a genuine interest in working with children
  • Is kind, patient, reliable, and enthusiastic
  • Communicates well and works positively in a team

  • Is interested in building a long-term career in early childhood

No prior qualification is required,  just passion, the right attitude and commitment.
