LJ Hooker Subiaco are currently looking for a Trainee Property Manager to join our company.   

About our Business:

Boutique Real Estate Business in the heart of Subiaco. We are a family owned business predominantly servicing Subiaco, Scarborough and surrounds but also NOR & SOR clients.

  • We currently employ 20 staff who you will be working with to learn the industry and how to be a professional Property Manager
  • We have been operating for 20 years with 11 of this at our Subiaco office
  • Standard 38 hour working week 
  • Must have a driving license

Duties will involve: 

  • Maintenance coordination
  • Inspections & Property Condition Reporting 
  • Assisting a Property Manager with daily duties

The successful candidate will:
