Apprentice Green Keeper (Golf)

Beaconhills Golf Club is a picturesque 27 hole golf course located 15 minutes from Berwick. We are currently seeking an Apprentice Greenkeeper who is ready to embark on a rewarding career in golf course maintenance and has a strong desire to excel. If you believe you are that person then we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake all duties associated with maintaining and improving the golf course including mowing, watering, fertilizer application and general turf care.
• Operate and maintain various equipment and machinery associated with turf care.
• Comply with all safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements:

• A genuine interest in turf management and the game of golf.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to become part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills in turf management.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods of time.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work.
• Commitment to complete all formal qualifications.
