We are keen to give a recent school leaver a chance, if you have left school recently or in the last few years we encourage you to apply!
Daily Heat
- Mix & stretch sourdough for woodfired pizzas (classics + quirky specials)
- Prep mise for gnocchi, salads & antipasti, larder under
- Rotate stations: dough, oven, larder, desserts 50+ covers
